In this Video, Frank begins teaching the most internal aspect of the system - the Eight Inner Palms Meditation Set. This set works to strengthen both the mind and body. Next, instruction is given in the Two Person Form for each of the Eight Palm Changes presented in Volume 1. Both sides (Upper and Lower Palms) of the two person form are taught. The Two Person Form provides in depth training in the martial aspects of this system, with each side alternating between offensive and defensive techniques.
