How do I prepare for attending class?
You may like to give us a call or drop an email to let us know you are coming, but, you also welcome just walk-in to join any classes in our schedule. Please Wear loose, comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Come to the class on time.
May I get discounted class?
No, we don't have discounted price for class.
Do I get refund of my monthly payment if I miss a class or out of town for a while?
No refund. You can alway make up the class you missed within the same month, or the following month. If you are out of town for a month, you don't need to pay for that month.
What is Qi Gong for health? What do I do in class?

What is the difference between Qi Gong and Tai Chi?
There are a lot diffrences between these two arts. Simply, Qi Gong is easier to learn physically than Tai Chi, everybody can do regardless their physical conditions. Qi Gong and Tai Chi share some basic principles of movement, both benefits the health. Tai Chi (Taijiquan) was originally developed as martial arts, but Qi Gong is not martial arts rather than training and learning the principles of Chinese health arts through natural breathing, relaxed focus, and gentle movements. (You can simply notice that Tai Chi has a Tai Chi Sword to play but not in Qi Gong).
Many people interested in learning Tai Chi, but what you are really looking for is Qi Gong. If you just want some simple, enjoyable exercises to improve your health, you want results, and fast, and you don't want to learn long, complex routines, you certainly aren’t interested in martial arts, Qi Gong is a option for you! What is Tai Chi (Taijiquan), Ba Gua Zhang, Xing Yi Quan? What do I do in classes?
They are the 3 traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts.
In class you will learn prearranged sets of martial movements called forms, some Qi Gong exercises that go with the forms and improve your health, sensitivity & balance exercises,and the martial applications of the form movements.
What is The Fighting for Health System? What I do in class?
The Fighting for Health System is a method of learning basic Boxing & Kickboxing with the Principles of Chinese Internal martial Arts inserted. Classes are fun, health improvingand useful for self defense.
In class you will learn a set of warm up stretches, basic boxing & kickboxing techniques with internal principles, training exercises and controlled contact sparring.
I'm a beginner, When do I start to attend class?
A friendly school is one of our traditions! All you need is to come to us at any time!!!
I'm interested in becoming an Qi Gong teacher, what can I do to persue my dream?
Start to take Qi Gong classes or private lessons, and attend these teacher training workshops to gain knowledge with skills of teaching. A great, cretive future is ahead of you.

Private lessons is a great way of learning. You have a full attention from the teacher during your 1-hour based private lessons. $125 per hour by appointment only.
