Master Frank Allen is the 5th generation Lineage Master of Classical Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang, and 5th generation Lineage Master of Classical Northern Wu Style Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi).
Master Frank Allen has been practicing and teaching Traditional Chinese Internal Martial Arts for more than 40 years, specialize in Cheng Style Ba Gua Zhang, He Bei Xing Yi Quan and Northern Wu Style Tai Ji Quan, the founder of Wu Tang Physical Culture Association in 1979 - A legendary school in New York City and one of the earliest, most profound Chinese Internal Martial Arts schools in the United States.
Frank Allen has spent his life just doing one thing: Martial Arts. He has contributed 30 articles to martial arts magazines from mid 1990's to mid 2000's. His own "Fighting for Health System" uniquely blend Eastern and Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Grabbling techniques has been set to train the fighters or fight-for-health-minded students, and became to one of the strong traditions of Wu Tang PCA training programs. His best selling books "The Whirling Circles of Ba Gua Zhang", and "Classical Northern Wu Style Taijiquan" are favourably read by most internal martial artists worldwide!
